Client: A fortune 100 retail chain

Challenge: Wanted a fresh idea for its monthly Top Performing Retail Team Employee Recognition Award.

Solution: It utilized the IncentiveAmerica Gift Card with Note Card to recognize its monthly award winners. The program was customized with a "Dining Theme", communicating the retailer's intention for the gift to be utilized for a great dining experience, but giving the recipients the choice of using the national gift card. The gift is presented in an premium note card personalized with the company's message, manager's name, and company name. The envelope was personalized with the recipient's name and is sealed with a gold seal for an elegant presentation. The response has been so positive that the program continues to be in place for the last five years.

Challenge:Wanted ideas to promote their company at a national golf event.

Solution: IncentiveAmerica provided a premium bundled golf gift which was distributed to key clients at the golf event. Gift consisted of golf balls, tees, divet and towel and key chain, each imprinted with the company logo.

Client: A regional local telephone service provider

Challenge:Wanted a turnkey years of service program that employees would find memorable

Solution: They utilized the IncentiveAmerica MyGiftAward program with certificate presentation package and gift catalog. The company's logo was printed in silver foil on a premium certificate holder. A custom certificate with silver service seal was inserted, personalized with the recipient's name, years of service, congratulatory message, and president's name. A gift brochure with over 80 gift selection was developed specific to each year of service milestone. A company specific custom website was provided for gift redemption. The program has been in place for two years and is well received by the employees.

National Manufacturer

Client: A national animal sciences manufacturer

Challenge: Wanted to provide a personalized holiday gift to each of its employees located across the U.S.

Solution: IncentiveAmerica developed a gift concept within a designated budget consisting of a logoed corporate gift, a holiday greeting card and gift fulfillment. Client provided address list, which we reviewed for gender/title and address accuracy. A professionally printed greeting card was developed by IncentiveAmerica and mailed to the home of each employee. Since the gift was an apparel, IncentiveAmerica developed and enclosed inside each greeting card a postage-paid response card for the employees to provide their sizes (size chart also provided on card). Employees responded via an IncentiveAmerica 800#, the postage-paid response card, or a dedicated company website developed by IncentiveAmerica. Once responses were received, IncentiveAmerica produced the logoed apparel, tied it with a festive holiday ribbon, and shipped it to the home of each employee - all accomplished during the holiday season!

Client: A national automotive services supplier

Challenge:Wanted to incent their sales staff to achieve sales performance objectives.

Solution: They used the IncentiveAmerica MyPointsAward program. A custom website was developed for contest information, gift viewing and gift redemption. Top seven performers are rewarded each month with award points. Points are deposited in the employees' accounts and can be accrued for redemption of merchandise ranging from $25-$4,000.

Challenge: Wanted to reward employees for their achieving their quarterly safety objectives and recognize clients during the holiday season.

Solution: : They used the IncentiveAmerica event based promotion programs for safety recognition and employee appreciation. Each quarter, a season-appropriate gift is developed to recognize the team's quarterly safety accomplishment. During the spring, a bundled gift was presented consisting of premium grill tool set, wrapped in a high quality black grilling apron imprinted with the company's logo and safety message, tied with a large red bow and distributed to each employee. For its client holiday recognition program, IncentiveAmerica delivered to each client a food gift item, with a wood cutting board engraved with the company name, and a personalized holiday greeting card.

Client: A large local bank

Challenge:Promote its name within the Hispanic community with a quick turn-around program.

Solution: Utilized IncentiveAmerica to develop a PR program utilizing sponsorship of a local Hispanic soccer tournament. T-shirts were produced for each participating team member as well as the corporate staff. Messages were reviewed for language accuracy. Giveaways promoting the bank's logo were produced for each team member. In addition, awards and consolation ribbons were produced for all participating teams.
